WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for new members for our web portal design and development team. This is part of Digibank's cloud-based solution system, helping customers access and use our products and services in the most convenient and secure way. Web portal products will be used for commercial customers as well as internal, developed on the international industry-standard system, with many layers of security, handling and displaying a large amount of data, aggregated from many different sources.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in the design and development of the company's web portal products, with the goal of providing a portal for stakeholders to use;
- Work closely with the business, operations, backend, product teams to build web portals according to the product development roadmap that meets business needs, and facilitate multiple user groups, and ensure safety and security factors according to international standards;
- Collaborate with Technology Department to analyze, improve, and maintain existing features and extend features according to product development roadmap;
- Opportunities to expand into new technology fields and other fields of work depending on your ability;
- Opportunities to be assigned as a product owner for a web product for those who have passion for the product, the ability to manage projects, and contribute to the development of the team
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Work experience: From fresh graduate to 3 years experience. Depending on your level of experience and ability, you will be assigned to a suitable position in the team
- University Graduate majoring in IT or similar majors
- Have good algorithmic thinking
- Familiar with ReactJS (Typescript, Redux)
- Master RESTful API
- Knowledge in frontend (HTML5, CSS, JS ES5+, DOM, Responsive, Adaptive Design)
- Knowledge in one of the following areas is an advantage: databases (NoSQL, SQL), ORM architecture, Java spring boot framework following basic software models
- Be able to apply the SOLID principle and the DRY principle
- For fresh graduates, we will provide more training on: product packaging process with webpack, nodejs, OOP, and data structures for web application development and maintenance

- Able to work in a high-pressure environment with high demands from customers and partners
- Have a desire to learn new technologies and gain in-depth experience in the platform
- Being able to communicate and analyze customer problems is an advantage
